Hello, Tra. Thank you very much for getting in touch and leaving us a comment. I am very sorry that you were not happy with the service provided this time. The process required by the Health Department to obtain a Birth Certificate requires a study of the application but in many cases, the health department restricts certain requests for personal matters. They are internal protocols that the Health Department has of which we have no knowledge and control. Normally when they reject an application, they send an attached document explaining the reasons for the rejection. If not, we recommend that you contact the nearest vital records office so that you can obtain specific information on the reasons for rejection. Horrible. We had to send in paperwork for the same things multiple times. They said we made a photo copy of the application when we printed a new one and filled it out.

They suggested to use an online notary and then rejected me 8 weeks later because they don't accept online notarys

It took 2 months to get my birth certificate. I paid for expedited service. What a joke...very un efficient.

Applied for Birth certificate online. Paid all the fees that were listed. Took them over 3 months to send me a letter stating I owe 10 more dollars. Rate should had been right on site and someone should had contacted me. So I still had to go In person after I made appointment which was over a month away. Long waste of time if your fees were correct.
