The process required by the Health Department to obtain a Birth Certificate requires a study of the application but in many cases, the health department restricts certain requests for personal matters. These processes are internal to the health department and we have no control over them. Normally, when you return your application, the Health Department sends an attached document explaining the reasons for the denial. We appreciate reviewing them and thus analyzing if they can be solved. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

When they are relatives apply for the certificate, they must add certain documents to prove their relationship and status. In some cases, they only send the certificate that they decide is the one you need or is authorized for. These processes are internal to the health department and we have no control over them.
