Hello, Diana. Thanks for sharing your feedback. We really appreciate it. The process required by the Health Department to obtain a Birth Certificate requires a study of the application but in many cases, the health department restricts certain requests for personal matters. These processes are internal to the health department and we have no control over them. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we have processed a refund.
