Hello, Raymond. I’m so sorry. We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark. Unfortunately, the Health Department is presenting delays in its applications, due to accumulated applications, some offices were closed and others work with a lower volume of employees. Please, we ask for your understanding and hope that your certificate may arrive at any time. Unfortunately, we have no control over the Health department's internal controls or processes, but we are here to answer any concerns you may have. Thank you!
