The process, though a little pricey, was made as simple as possible. It was also nice to get the updates as the process unfolded.

Taking forever and paid way to much. Make it look like a government site with government before .com not .gov and haven't even received my birth certificate.
Response from Vital Records GovAug 9, 2022
Hi Robert! Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. Rest assured that we will keep improving our services in the future to maximize customer satisfaction. Just make sure you send the package to the health department and all you have to do is wait. If you view our processing times page, we provide all state's processing ETA up front for anyone to view before placing an order. This process is internal to the health department and we have no control over them. Please be patient and we hope that you can receive your certificate very soon. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 1- 844-218-4825 if there is anything additionally we can do for you. Thank you!
