Hello, Allen. We are sorry our service didn't reach your expectations. We do offer the best vital records document preparation service to get your vital records from the comfort of your home. If you are living in the state where the person on record was born, you will definitely get faster service by going to the state office but you will have to physically go there and spend time in line. With any online vital records service, your application will have to be mailed to the corresponding health department and each health department has its own processing time and state fees. Our service fees are one of the cheapest and include a fully prepared application, pre-paid shipping label filled with the best location for your case, and a detailed notice to make sure your application will be completed without errors.
