I tried another similar & recommended product for almost a year with no apparent improvement. I have not had any medical conditions or treatments that would have thinned my hair to almost nothing from my ear to old front hairline. I've been taking the complex as directed for 6 months and see a definite improvement. The hair at the top is darkening (dark gray-I'm a senior). New hair is beginning to fill in the front areas - still thin but now is thick enough to be visible and is not breaking off. My front hairline is reappearing. I've been watching this hair loss over a period of over 9 years. Nothing else improved my hair loss. I was ready to give up but decided to try Vital Nutritive as a last-ditch effort to give up wigs & toppers that actually pull my hair. I didn't expect to have full luxurious hair in days or weeks and I still have a way to go.
