I was on their gut health product for a little over two weeks. I felt quite awful with this product. I returned it all and when dealing with customer service, they could only give me half back. That's bad customer service. They should have refunded me in full. It would be different if I didn't send it back. They can resell it to someone else and still make their money. Very unpleasant experience for me. I would never buy from this company again. The company just got back to me with a full refund offer. Glad they did that.

I did not get a response to my last communication to you. It appears that I have two AutoShip accounts. I only need one. I love the product and have already gotten some pretty impressive results I think I'm only on my third bottle. Maybe fourth I have lost track at this point. Want to stay on the product but just need one auto ship account.

It took over 2 months to receive the products. I understand there was a back log, shipping issues etc. Once I reached out to your company to say I hadn't received the supplements you responded quickly and did give me an opportunity to cancel. I did not cancel. I am hopeful when I looked at other reviews before purchasing that I will have success with healthy hair and new growth!

It's been too soon to tell if this Vital Nutritive product can help my hair loss, but I will give it a few months to work it's magic. I am hopeful and appreciate their follow up.
