After taking Vital Nutritive Vital Hair Complex for nearly a year, my hair is thicker and growing fast (my hair is below my bottom now) and my nails are strong! My only complaint is that I have to get my nails done more often because they grow out so quickly! I have just completed my fourth bottle of Vital Nutritive and I could not be happier. I am a 59 year old woman who has always had thin hair, but I had a lot of hair. For the last 3 years my hair has thinned until my ponytail was about a third of the thickness as in my youth. My shower was filled with hair. My hairbrush was full of hair every day.
