The product is good. But. Receiving it is a real problem. I get information all the time about their other products but not what I want. Then I reorder and get threatening notes saying that the product is almost out and to get more now. After I order I get a money off for another order. I don’t use it because I already ordered! Just difficult.

Sadly, I did not notice a difference. I took it religiously, every morning. Did not feel a difference in appetite, cravings, or weight change.

I had high hopes, but this product gave me gastric upset and a constant feeling of fullness. It did, however reduce cravings.

Well I haven't received the product I just ordered it. However they claim they are in the US but the charge on my credit card came from out of the country???? SO now I'm suspicious as to the legitimacy of the company. They were rated #1 on consumer reports so I thought they were legit !!

I just finished 60 days and have not seen any significant results. Still constipated and no change in bloating. I am giving it 90 days as recommended. I seem to have a little more energy, but not sure if related to Vital gut or exercising.
