I was a little skeptic when I purchased these-I'm always reading about some "miracle" vitamin that restores hair thickness, etc. , but never seem to cater to women of color. Prior to menopause I had very thick and medium to long length hair. I was pleasantly surprised when I began noticing results. My hair is returning to its thickness and I have also noticed some growth. I'm going to continue to use these vitamins-as a matter of fact, I just made my second purchase. I know not everyone may have the same results, however, I do recommend giving this product a try.

Regularity has become more of an issue as I’ve aged (I’m now 75). Laxatives are sometimes unreliable and cannot be taken over a long period of time. After reading reviews of different probiotics, I ordered 2 bottles of Vital Nutritive and after 60 days all I can say is this really worked for me! Before when I brushed my hair there was a lot of loose hair in my brush. This scared me because I have been told that I have beautiful hair. Anyway I tried the product for a month and was pleased to discover that I was loosing a lot less hair, both in the brush and also in the shower. Then I immediately ordered more.
