This is one of those instances where you wish you could leave a zero star review. I have literally written 3 reviews in my life, that is how strongly I feel about this company. Stay away. They care about the almighty dollar and nothing else. Your situation means nothing to them. Placed an order, waited over 3 weeks for delivery, no communication while waiting and nobody could say where it was. Finally received but had to return due to Dr's orders due to newly diagnosed medical issue. NEVER OPENED BOTTLES and they would only give me 50% refund. I emailed back and forth multiple times they tried to say keep and give to a friend and we will give you 10% back, I said no, then ok 20% back, no, ok 30% like I'm at an auction. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. In the end because I bought 3 bottles instead of 1 they refused! BUYER BEWARE!! 60 day money back guarantee is a total joke. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau because they need to do BETTER!

I ordered on 8/17/26 and have yet to receive it...Today is 8/31/26...Delivery Service is terrible...I have tried to get a delivery date and time from them but can't...I actually would like a refund as I don't want to go through this delivery problem again.

Order placed over a week. I have emailed for shipping update, no reply, I called, all representatives are away from phones (recording), Started an AI chat, unavailable, only chat between 8-5 est. my chat was at 8:45. Website offer Manage Your Order….does not offer cancellation. I will never shop here again.

Tried their product for the 60 days they recommended, with no results. Since they guaranteed results, I requested a refund. They first offered a partial refund, which I refused. They then came back several dsys later and stated since their return policy was good for only 60 days, they would not issue a refund. This is misleading and false advertising! Beware when buying from this company!

I ordered the 3 Bundle pack of Vital Supergreens at $71.00 to save money because of the positive reviews. For me, the product did not live up to its hype. The taste was very unpleasant, as was the smell, and it did not dissolve fully leaving a very gritty texture in my glass. I tried turning it into a hot drink but that was even more unpleasant. So I reached out to the company to ask for a return and refund of the product and instead they gave me a few suggestions for making it more palatable, like using it in a smoothie or using a milk alternative. Unfortunately, it made my smoothie taste horrible and I don't like milk alternatives. Again I asked for a return/refund and was offered a 20% refund and I could keep the product. When I refused the offer i was told I would only get a 50% refund since I purchased a bundle. If I had purchased just one can of the product I would've received a full refund. That's something they don't tell you at the time of purchase. I think that's a very deceptive practice which has taught me to not worry about trying to save a few dollars and to never deal with this company again.

Bought 3 bottles (90 day supply) of Vital joint support. Took as directed for 30 days. No change in joint pain in fact my finger joint pain got worse. Also, it is advised you take this with food which I did, but even than it produced burps with a horrible taste! When I asked for a refund, I was told I could only 50% back. You can only get 100% back if you only buy one bottle! No wonder they reduce the price so much for purchasing multiple bottles!

I tried to order methylene blue on May 28. They took the money out of my account immediately, but my product has been sitting since June 2 in Aurora, Colorado. It is now June 15 and I have reached out to this company twice and they have done nothing to help me get this resolved.

I don't have anything negative to say about the product I ordered because I haven't received my order. The order itself was shipped out quickly, and tracking information was sent via email. After that, the poor experience begins. Vital Nutritive uses UniUni as their shipping carrier to save money on the shipping costs. Unfortunately, the old adage "you get what you pay for" fits perfectly here. Read reviews about UniUni before placing an order. Although I get shipments and deliveries from multiple companies daily, UniUni marked my delivery as "Undeliverable". Trying to reach customer service at UniUni is virtually impossible, and the only way to reach Vital Nutritive is through email. When I pay a company for a product or service, I expect to be able to contact a customer service representative if I have questions. Unfortunately neither of these companies want to speak with their customers, so I strongly recommend not to do business with either of them regardless of the product quality from Vital Nutritive.
