Placed an order still waiting took my money. No response from customer service six emails. This is ridiculous.. getting frustrated trying to find a phone number for them. Need help. The worst customer service ever they say they’ll send your order out quickly and nothing I want to try the product but now I’m just very pissed off!!!!! Don’t know where to go from here. Don’t bother ordering.also if you notice all these ratings the company responds only to people that give them a good rating. . They better send me my order or refund me my money ASAP OR they will have a lawsuit.

They have never sent the product. I emailed they repeatedly and they respond with some "canned comments, ie bad weather, transit delays, etc". They got me for ~$100.00. I will report them to PayPal and write the purchase off as a loss. Crooks.

Same experience as many others. Ordered three weeks ago, and have emailed several times. Never received the order and no response to emails. They do not make their phone number public (wonder why), so there is no way of talking to them.

Same as what others are saying. Ordered in early January and have yet to see anything. Reaching out doesn’t do any good, no response. I will be challenging the charge on my card and returning the product if it ever comes. In the meantime, the emails keep coming about ordering and how they have ‘reserved’ bottles for me - please order. What a joke.

Horrible customer service. Purchased three bottles which have never been sent. I’ve emailed multiple times with no answer. They don’t have a phone number or customer service line to call. Extremely frustrated and want either my money back or the product

I place order on 01/04/2024 and I never got confirmation email, tracking information and never received product. They have no phone number to call or chat. I email support and they take 24 hrs to answer. They can't find my order, but the charge on my cc was the same day I placed order. today 01/18/2024 and nothing!!!!

Placed an order on December 27th. Order is confirmed but product hasn’t shipped. Card has been charged. Sent 3 emails with no Response.

Just one sentence, this is a complete waste of money, and I will never buy this product.
