Actually this should get “0” stars. DO NOT USE THIS SHAM BUSINESS! I ordered their “special 3 bottles for $99.99” deal on January 8th. My account was charged a couple of days later. As of today, FEBRUARY 12th, I have yet to receive anything & the only response to emails is “someone will respond within 24 hours.” I emailed to ask them to give me my money back and they never responded. UPDATE - after over 6 weeks and after posting true above negative review, I finally received the product I ordered. They had profuse apologies and included info on other products . I basically responded by saying that any company who hoped to do a great business needs to put customer communication at the top of their “to do” list. They failed to do that repeatedly including any explanation as to why it was taking so long. I also told them that I would not be purchasing anything else from them in the future. Worst online business I’ve dealt with so far. AD

*******SCAM******SCAM*****SCAM***** I ordered 2 months ago. Did not get it. I requested status update and they replied there was high demand therefore it is back ordered. I waited another few weeks and sent several other request asking for status update then a refund-NO REPLIES from them. They is no phone number for customer several. This is a BAD-FAKE COMPANY. Don’t be fooled. DO NOT PURCHASE from them. I will do everything I can to put this info out there. I can only hope that they either send me my product or refund me. Then I will change my review

Well looks like several others, I have been scammed. Ordered on Jan 7th, 2024 and nothing. I have emailed several times and messaged through their website and I have only received 1 response that they are having delays. My story sounds very much like the rest of them here. So I guess I will try and get my money back by reporting it to my credit card. Just wow!!!

Ordered Vitamins 1/4/24. Received e-mails many days later saying product was 'delayed'. Now got a charge on my credit card for $49.95. They do not respond to my e-mails. Chat-box is 'snoozing'. Now will have to report to my credit card company. Please know that this 'company' is a SCAM.

This company is horrible. I have emailed them 8 times regarding cancellation of an order that hasn’t been shipped. They are stalling so they can get the money and I won’t be able to return the item for a full refund. This is a common practice with this company per the reviews. I will never recommend them to my followers. Please don’t purchase from them. C. Tucker

HORRIBLE, BEWARE! Tried to get a refund, asked why, answered as to why and now 1 month later NO reply, NO refund. No phone number available, only email to correspond. Still hoping to get my money refunded, BUT as with other reviews most likely will never get my money back. SCAM

Ordered 6 month subscription January 28, 2024. As of today order still not "fulfilled" and I just keep getting thanks for sending your email we will respond in 24 hours and their chat box leaves little to be desired as they are away until the next day. I cancelled my subscription through my account on their website, however, I am trying to get the full $119 refund of the product I never received. I have bombarded their chat box and also contacted them on their website and my gmail as well. Not holding my breath that they will get back to me or refund my money. Again, buyer beware!!

I placed an order, and almost two weeks later my order still hasn’t shipped. I have sent numerous emails to customer service and they don’t respond. I also tried chat and they just send my chat to customer service.
