Not only have I been trying to get a refund, they lied about where they are located. They have told me 3 different places. Yet I finally found a phone number and it is from Pakistan! I gave them a bad review and they said they would give me a full refund IF I TOOK DOWN MY BAD REVIEW even though there refund picy says with in 60 days you can get a full refund. ( it's only been a couple weeks) this company in my opinion is a huge rip off and I do not trust what is in the capsules. I want my refund April 15th, 2025 i received an email from them advising me they will finally refund my purchase. I am waiting for my credit card company to confirm. If nothing else is added I received my refund.

They sent the wrong product. I ordered Vision and received Liver. Contacted Customer Service multiple times and no response. Other than the standard we'll respond within 24 hrs. This is a joke. They won't respond to correct thier mistake. Seriously doubt you'll be able to get your money back. I'm very disappointed and would discouraged anyone considering ordering thier products. Really? So, now thier disputing my claim. How about Order Number 148248. Item number 6298-VISBLND-114. As of 4/2, I still haven't received a response from Customer Service. Correct your mistake. Take back the Liver supplements and send me the Vision. That's all I'm asking for. I'm done. At this point a want my money back. 60 Days Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back. We'll see what happens. So. They finally sent the product I ordered. The asked me to remove this post. Bold move. They only responded after this post. Why would I remove it. If to took the time to read through the entire comintary, I thank you. You need to know what to expect if you have any issues with this company. I'll check on my Trustpilot review. If it does get removed my next review will not be as kind. Hope this helped.

They put the wrong address I tried to correct it and all I was told they wasn't able to contact UPS THAT I had to and UPS told me the shipping company had to correct it So I never received nor was are have been refunded the full refund this has been almost 3 weeks now I was a frist time buyer due to the research I done I was looking forward to trying your product

To update, despite never having received the product, and despite TrustPilot’s express policy that company cannot offer incentives to change or delete review, the company told me it would only refund what they owed me if I deleted this review. The company obviously deletes negative reviews on its website (I know, my negative review never appeared on it), violates TrustPilot’s protocols, and takes your money without sending you product. STAY FAR AWAY FRIM THIS COMPANY B Worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed two orders, only received one. Took forever to notify me that they were shipped out, and I paid extra on each for "VIP" processing. Have demanded a refund repeatedly for order never received, and no one will get back to me. Finally got a notice that they shipped a new one, which I expressly said I did not want. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! I wrote a one star review and they never posted it. Just a scam of a company.

Your website states that you will refund the entire amount that I paid if I am dissatisfied with your product. You only gave me 50 percent. The product does not work for me and in fact has made me quite ill.

Place an order and took forever to ship, tried to cancel but no response. Only way to contact them is by email and they do not respond to them. Do not order from this company it is a scam.

They will not cancel my order, that I placed in error. I issued within a few minutes of placing !! Weird

Double order and three times I have inquired about next steps with no reply.
