I had just purchased the Vital Horse massager and had a few minor queries, I emailed the company and received a very prompt and courteous reply from Kathy, who talked me through my, as I said minor concerns. A follow-up email also assured me of on going support and assistance. Customer support and courteous communication from a company is vital when marketing products, and I can not rate Vital Horse and Kathy, highly enough. Thoroughly recommend giving them your support. This is an incredible device. I used it with my senior dog. He is usually afraid of anything that is different but the moment he felt the massager he was locked in. He relaxed and laid down and seemed very content. It was very easy to incorporate into our nightly routine!

Honestly, the massage gun looks like a terrific piece of equipment. They advertise for the 'elite' horse so I sent a question inquiring about usage on a companion mule. The answer was, yes it would benefit any equine in various situations. Because of the quick and honest response, I will be ordering my massage gun and am impressed with the quick, customer service response. I will update my review after I receive my massage gun and see how my mule likes it!
