Good products, with friendly customer service
Vital Farms offers free-range (pastured) eggs and pastured butter, and I often buy their products. One time, I had an issue with an underweight package of butter, and to make up for it, they sent me several coupons for free butter. And then about a month later, they generously sent me several other things as well, including a coupon for free eggs, a wire whisk, and a handkerchief/bib! They seem to be very friendly and to appreciate their customers. The only drawbacks I've encountered with their products are: 1) The yolks of some of their eggs are kind of pale. 2) They don't have the standard non-GMO butterfly emblem on any of their products. Anyway, Vital Farms seems to be a good company overall, and I would definitely recommend them.
