Shipping was a nightmare

Shipping was a nightmare. It took 4 days for Vital Care to get it to UPS, and then UPS requires a signature. But the drivers never even knocked on my door for a signature, so it took 3 attempts to finally get my POC. Unacceptable for equipment that someone needs to breathe.Missed a doctor's appointment and a family gathering, waiting on UPS.

Your prescription came in Thursday afternoon and we submitted your order to the manufacturer the next business day, Friday. Due to order volume, the manufacturer shipped the following business day, Monday. UPS had it out for delivery in Pennsylvania by Thursday. This falls within our published 4-9 business day delivery window for the free standard ground shipping selected at checkout. Our full shipping policy, including expedited options, is available at vitalcareusa.com/pages/shipping-policy. The delivery attempts were handled by UPS and were outside of our control. As noted in our shipping policy, signature is required on certain orders for security and fraud prevention. For a $2,000+ medical device, this ensures it gets into the right hands and isn’t left unattended. For future reference, UPS allows you to authorize signature release online or leave a signed note on your door, either of which can resolve delivery on the first attempt. We processed your order within one business day and it shipped within our stated timeframe. We’d really appreciate it if you’d reconsider your rating based on these details.
