I bought a Balboa heater for my hot tub. I installed it and it worked a little then it quit. I contacted Vita and they asked me to send them a pic of the installation. Which I did. They gave me no advice. I sent it back for a refund. They said it was OK and sent it back to me. I can't make it work and don't want it. They won't give me a refund because it has been installed. How can you tell if it works if you don't install it? if you don't install it
