Refused my request my stop billing my account for subscription service. Would not return my email notifications or cancel this account. Will contact the proper authorities and a lawyer to file small claims court. This company is scamming people out of money. Requesting stop to this policy.

I ordered from this company almost ten days ago, in which the product should have been delivered 7-10 days. They don't answer their emails to give any explanation why you can't track your product, or when it will be delivered. I feel like I have been defrauded.

I ordered from VitaCore Shilajit in part because the purchase explicitly advertised free Shilajit Honey Sticks; it was a material factor in my decision to make a purchase. The honey sticks were not included. When I contacted customer support, I was told they were a “free promotional item” and offered a $5 courtesy refund instead. Since then, I followed up twice (Jan 14th and Feb 2nd), and received no responses. Bizarrely, over this same period, Vitacore has continued to prompt me to maintain a subscription, whichis patently brazen and nuts. At this point, the issue is not just the missing item—it is the lack of responsiveness and failure to honor an advertised offer after multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the matter privately. Based on my experience, I would caution others.

This company says it in the states but everything comes from China. Then you have to contact them to find out where your order is because it takes so long. Then they say delivered and nothing came. And still they ask for proof that it was not delivered. Worst company ever. Dont waste your time with it.

You start by sending everything that was. supposed to come in my purchase it already took 25 days to make it here. and I am not satisfied with not getting my honey sticks that was in my purchase y'all talking about it's on high demand but promoting it comes with my order your communication to customer it's awful you get no stars the gummies do not work at all vitacore does false advertisement with orders I wouldn't buy here anymore

I saw a compelling guy telling the benefits of taking “Shilajit” tablets for general vitality on “You Tube”. I ordered some not aware it was a Canadian Operation. They eventually arrived, I can’t say if they benefit or not . Today they emailed thanking me for my new order and that they would take payment and send it. I replied to tell them that I had not ordered and they answered thanking me for confirmation of the order and took payment from my debit card which I have now cancelled to stop them taking further payments DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE A DESPICABLE WAY OF OPERATING.
