Broken headlamp and no one at Visus will respond
Headlamp broke after 6 months. Should be within warranty. No one will respond to my emails. Customer service number is disconnected

Horrible company to work with
Horrible company to work with. Placed an order for 3 lights bundle purchase. Funds debited my account right away. Got my order confirmation number. Can't track my purchase. Contacted this company numerous times with ZERO responses. Had to call my bank and report this transaction. Horrible experience!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Has been almost 4 weeks since order. No response from company to emails. Would not recommend wasting your time with this company

I did love the light :(
I did love the light. But 2 charges in it no longer holds a charge for more than 10 mins at the lowest setting. That is after 4 different attempts to connect it and charge it.
