So BRIGHT! I'm a runner and I use the "high beam" for the trails so I see the skunks before they see me. I use the "low beam" for the streets so the cars can see me but aren't blinded. Very glad I added this to my running gear.

If there is such a thing this light band may be too bright! I don’t recommend having a face2face conversation with anyone while the light is on it is blinding. I use for evening bike rides and can see it being very useful for service technicians that need bright hands free lighting in cramped & dimly lit spaces.

Great headlamp!! It will light up a room unlike other headlamps that just shoot a beam of light. I would definitely recommend one of these.

I received my headlamp a few days ago and have already used it while working in an attic, on a roof on a dark evening, and painting a poorly lit hallway. But this morning, I used it for the first time for running. Wow! It is as advertised. Incredibly light weight and comfortable. I wore it over my hat and never felt it. And bright! I run in a rural town, so I have areas that are well lit, but also dark and poorly maintained sidewalks. I ended up using the lowest setting of the side light this morning, and it worked perfectly for me. I bought this for running, but I see that I'm going to find many uses fort it. Besides working around the house during the dark winter months, I'm excited to use it for camping, hiking and night kayaking the rest of the year.
