Product is great just took a long time to receive the irder

They claim that I ordered a small but that is impossible since I am plus sized. Even if for some reason I made an error, they told me that they do not want me to send it back and will give me a $6 refund for something that cost nearly $40 plus shipping or I can pay to return it to Dubai which is very expensive. They claim to be located in South Carolina. WHAT A LOAD OF LIARS!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

The on line advertising said the merchandise was made in South Carolina and would be shipped from whichever of three warehouses was closest to the purchaser. The women’s tops I received did not have a country of origin on them, but the plastic bag for each of them said “Made in China”. I ordered 3 tops in my normal size. All three were too small.

I was very happy with the quality but the sizing was off. I am a solid size 14 or large and the top was much too tight to wear. Thanks Mary Mulhern order # 10802155

Ordered an adorable top took my measurements so I could be sure of the proper size when it came it was too small. Emailed them. No Satisfaction will not refund except for $5. Customer service sucks obviously from China

I bought 3 blouses. They were too small and I did not like the fabric. I had 30 days to return them for a full refund. On 7/5/24 I texted Visuddy requesting a full refund and return label. Since then I have received 4 offers of "compensation" ranging from $10 to $40 and "no return-you can keep the shirts" I paid $93. The last text on 7/14 they stated that if I wanted to return the shirts, the address is in Dubai and I would have to pay the freight myself -"the shipping cost is expensive" "Keep the shirts...the best we can do is compensate you $40." I will NEVER do business with them again! i'm out $53.

There doesn't seem to be instructions on how to return an item or any information to make contact.
