Scammer business! Paid by March and today is 04/11/2024! They disappeared! Phone number is out of services alao

BEWARE…. Update to my previous review. This company will try to scam you out of your money. I stand by my previous review in that Alex is great at designing your site. But along the way they will continue to ask you for money and jeopardize your site. BEWARE!!!

Woeful at best. Jack Hudson is the lead designer on my project (2 simple logos). We are now 2 1/2 weeks into the design and I'm lucky to get revisions/replies every 2-3 days. These are not complicated logos. The complete lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Next step is to cancel the charges on AMEX and move on to a different company. All could be resolved with daily communication......which is a dying attribute in today's business world.

When allowing Visual Design Inc to be the ones to do a logo for my company, I expected professional work with paying great detail to attention to my expectations. They failed to mention that if you dont like the initial crappy concepts they give you, you’re automatically denied a refund because of that. I explained that I needed a 3D logo something that pops out at you and looks real life; however, what they gave me is a bunch of clip art images. This is a BS company and they dont care about what your expectations are or what you’re looking for, they do what they want because they already got your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Fake company... stay away and save your money. I hired this company to do some logo design, website design& website hosting. At the beginning, they did some work on the logo, and after moving to work on the website development, they start to lag behind and eventually stopped responding completely. Very bad company and totally fake!!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT DELIVER, DO NOT RESPOND, AND HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DESIGN SERVICES. Website USED to say "100% Original. 100% Copyright Ownership. 100% Money Back Guarantee." Wonder why it doesn't anymore? Because they can't deliver on those promises. Read below. I hired this company on 11/24/20 to design a logo for my new Twitch streaming channel. I outlined requirements in the initial writeup. They delivered logos on 11/27/20 and they were downright terrible. I mentioned in my writeup that I wanted custom artwork that resembled Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. They used LICENSED ARTWORK of Lara Croft in almost all logos delivered. How can I have 100% Copyright Ownership if I don't even own the art included in the logo? The rest of the logos were over-glorified Microsoft Word Art. They was absolutely nothing creative or original (100% original) about these logos. In addition, they didn't even stick to my color scheme requests in my initial writeup. They provided a few more logos, none of which fit my requirements. They offered a new logo which they clearly made for another client, it still had their client business name on it. They couldn't even be bothered to update it with my business name. I voiced my displeasure and my account manager Jake said "Give us another chance. Resend us your requirements and we will send another batch of logos for you. Include logos that you like from other businesses." I did this... he then went silent for almost a MONTH. When he returned, the single logo provided had a photo of ANOTHER STREAMER in it. It wasn't even me!! They literally cut out the person in one of the photos I sent, threw a filter on it, and called it a logo. I messaged my frustration and desire to end the contract. No response. I reached out of the website and have the entire chat transcript. They said the contract was fulfilled because I received a final logo, citing a message where I said I "maybe wanted to move forward" with a logo. I proved I did not because there were no files transferred and I only ever received mockups. In addition, the project conversation continued after that previously cited message where we discussed a logo redo. In this customer service chat, I stated their guarantees from the website. Visitor: Your website says "100% Original. 100% Copyright Ownership. 100% Money Back Guarantee." and NONE of these things were met in my time with your team. Visitor: I do not have copyright ownership if the logo incorporates licensed artwork... Richard Parker: You don't have to mention that. I know all of this and this is why I am trying to come to an agreement with you. Visitor: Then I would like my 100% Money Back Guarantee. Visitor: And I'd like more than anything to be done. Richard Parker: Okay Richard Parker: I will get the $149 refunded back to you. It has been THREE WEEKS of being promised a refund and I still have not received it. They've changed their website to no longer offer those guarantees. Two of the three phone numbers listed are not active. They do not answer support messages. They do not have chat live anymore. This is a major issue that a company claims to offer services and does not deliver, but does not provide a refund.

We hired Visual Design Inc to do an update and give our website and logo a fresh look. We sent over detailed documentation as to what we were looking for with numerous examples. The first drafts came over and they were in far left field from anything that we had asked for. We sent back notes with even more examples and details with what we were looking for. We received 4 logo choices and we were told that's all we had to choose. None of them were out of this world but do able so because we felt forced, we picked one. The second round of edits came - and again, nowhere close to what we had requested. Same with the third round after even more details and explaining what we wanted both in email and over the phone. We spoke with James and said that obviously there was a disconnect with understanding what we were wanting can we please just cancel the order and process a refund. He wasn't having it. He wanted us to give them just 'one more chance'... we put it in writing that it wasn't working out and per their 100% satisfaction guarantee and we would like a refund. Keep in mind - we paid Visual Design Inc over $2500 for this IN FULL. After they refused, we disputed it with our bank. We found out about 2 weeks later that the dispute was settled in their favor. This was April 9, 2020. I found out later on that they supplied FALSE documentation that we still owed them money and supposed proof that we received the digital product that they promised. Which we downloaded their drafts that had watermarks on it and was not even in the format that we needed. Since we were out the funds and our bank wasn't helpful - I decided to try and get SOMETHING for the money we spent. I contacted Visual Design Inc and was told that in order to work with me/my company again we would have to pay them an ADDITIONAL $650 due to the fact that they hired an attorney because of the dispute. I was trying to be professional and courteous when I spoke with James on the phone and explained that we no longer needed the services and that I would agree to deduct the 'Lawyer Fee' from what we paid if they would just refund the rest. Considering we were still taking a loss, I thought it was a reasonable ask. I was told that he would pass it up to management and would get back to me. After 2 weeks of not hearing back - I sent yet another offer of the lawyer fee plus an additional 30% for them to keep... still, radio silence. Two weeks went by and no update. I would call and get sent to voicemail. I would chat on their website and when I said my name/company the chat was disconnected. Emails were read (which I have proof of) and never responded to. I finally called from a friend's cell phone and managed to get through on one of the many numbers that they have. Since it was a different number, I wasn't blocked and sent straight to voicemail. I was told that since they had been dealing with my husband it was HIS MONEY and they weren't going to discuss anything with me. It didn't matter that my name was on the account as well or anything else - the bottom line was I was a female and they weren't going to deal with me. I went and got my husband on the phone and they seemed like they were going to work with him. He just asked for something to show for the money that we paid them. Here we are again over a month later... all numbers disconnected, mailboxes full, no return calls or emails. If you actually want a quality product and service... keep looking. Visual Design Inc is not the company for either. And I am sure that they will discredit this review by saying that I am not a customer or something outrageous like that - but I am happy to upload my receipts, and over 30 pages of email correspondence to prove otherwise.

Scam!!!!!!!!! they tell you spend $19.99 but after you submitted payment they will charge you $499.00 then they will said its a mistake they will refund you the money but they never answer your call then they will tell you have to call here call there another one but they never refund you, its happened to me cheat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
