Overpriced and Poor Quality Work Vision Scapes
When meeting with Vision Scapes, I clearly stated I wanted a lawn like my neighbors. I received an estimate which was twice as high as our neighbor thinking it included everything it get the finished lawn. After killing bushes, running over a tree they want more money to overseed the lawn which I thought it was included to get the finished lawn. I have a lot of bare spots and a thin lawn. They agreed to pay for the driveway repairs that was damaged, I hope they replace the dead bushes from overspray when they killed the weeds. I told them that I would take care of the tree. I contacted Lawn and Turf to help with the soil condition and overseeding. Lawn and Turf seems to know what they doing. Very disappointed with Vision Scapes and would not recommend them to anyone. Let the buyer beware. ******** My Response to Vision Scapes Response about contacting their office*********** My disappointment was clearly stated with Mark about the above. Your comment added by Vision Scape was never communicated. I got the impression that Mark and Vision Scapes did not want to do anything to correct the issue except to pay more money for overseeding. He wanted to take another dip at the money well after I overpaid for the service. if Vision Scapes wants to make amends then make a refund for the amount I overpaid. I paid double for the same service as my neighbors and my lot is smaller. Again, your response is a fairy tale or make a refund. You can contact me. I asked Mark, from Vision Scapes, to write a letter stating the condition that the lawn was in before they started. This would help with the builder paying Vision Scapes invoice. This is the replied I received for the letter. "If I changed the comments and state that we worked things out" Mark would provide the letter. Is this a company that you want to do business with? Below is the email from Mark. *************************************************************** Hi Allen, I would be happy to provide a letter detailing the condition of the lawn before we removed the existing turf and restarted the project. However, I can only provide this letter if you agree to either remove your Google review or update it to state that we have reached a mutually satisfying agreement.
