I ordered buy one get one free. they sent me two emails to verify my order before sending, which I replied back to verify. Then I received an email saying they didn't receive either one. Vision Pro cancelled my order and told me that I had a credit but the credit was only for one pair. I am very frustrated with trying to deal with this company and feel ripped off

Ordered contacts on Jan30 with express shipping. It’s literally Feb16 and they STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED. genuinely ridiculous. Their excuse was not having my prescription in stock: ok, then why tell me it’ll come in 3-5 business days? Could’ve saved me so much time and money. Only giving 2 stars cuz they reimbursed the shipping fee + 10% of the order
