VisionAid MagnifierReviews of visionaidmagnifier.com

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered several items and amazon delivered just the magnifying glass, nothing else. They keep saying everything was delivered but it wasn’t, and now no one will rectify this, and you can’t speak to anyone when you call. Do not recommend!!

A poorly made product backed up by a no quibble guarantee they'll replace it but with zero customer service when something goes wrong so it never gets replaced. Awesome business model...

If I could give no star, I would; the product is a scam. My $2 glasses are clearer than this; please don't waste your money on this product; it is fake and of no use. It doesn't adjust anything, and I see blur with this, whereas I can see clearly with my $2 glasses that I got from the medical store. Remove your advertisements from the internet. I am going to report your site to the BBB and anywhere else that I can, so that people don't get cheated by this product. They don't even have a return policy, because all their products would have been returned to them. If they have a few good reviews on their site, that is because it is all fake.

I was gifted a magnifier set for Christmas in 2025. I had a problem with the lenses almost immediately, called the company and John was friendly and helpful in getting me a new set of lenses. HOWEVER I now have a problem with the lights flickering and got in touch with John again, thought I would have a great experience like before. Boy was I wrong! John has not responded to any of my emails or calls since July 3rd, 2025 to try and get a replacement headlamp. I would advise taking your money and getting a different magnifier.

Why is this coming from China when you say you have several places in the US to ship from. It's about time the US stops Products from China. I expected this to be here this week not 6 weeks from now. I need my magnifier glasses now. Guess I'll have to trash these and buy something else.

Waited days for a £22 order for 3 glass lense 3.5 strength fine_ However, the lens holder I ordered for £5 had the hinge and glass holder clip in section, but no base or screw that connects the damn thing to your hands free vision aid device. So I bought a £15 same hands free kit I bought for 50 off them ages ago and bought a cheaper one that does the same off Amazon. Don’t buy spares as they only have them in the USA not Britain and they are expensive and the postage is a rip off. Save your money and search for cheaper but the same and don’t do what this idiot did and spend£50 on vista aid hands free kit and then 22 with shipping and waited 8 days. When I ordered a new hndsfree tonight and getting tomorrow. Be warned

The frames are too heavy.
