The absolute worst experience. I paid 3 x 141 euros for me and my two kids not realising I hadn’t gone through the official government website. At no point in time did they disclose the payment amount, only the 20 pounds government fee were mentioned. I feel absolutely scammed. Someone has to shut this website down.

I want to warn others about my experience with VisaUKETA. An official UK ETA normally costs £20. I therefore expected to pay around that amount. However, €144 was ultimately charged from my account. What makes me particularly upset is that I did not see this €144 price clearly stated anywhere on the website during my application. As soon as I realised how much money had been charged, I immediately sent an email to cancel my application and request a refund. This was only around 5 minutes after submitting my application. I later received a response saying that my application had already been processed and approved and that a refund was therefore not possible. I find this extremely frustrating, especially because I contacted them almost immediately after submitting my application. If they had responded to my email sooner, my cancellation request might have been handled in time. I replied again and explained that I had sent my cancellation email only about 5 minutes after submitting the application. I asked why my request could not be processed and requested an explanation about exactly when my application was submitted and processed. Since then, I have received no further response to my emails. I also never got my ETA from this site. This website is a scam, I feel misled and financially disadvantaged by the situation. That is why I want to warn others: please carefully check which website you use to apply for a UK ETA and make sure you know the total cost before making any payment. I later applied for my ETA at gov.uk and I got it in 5 minutes.

Ook mijn dochter en ik gingen erin met boter en suiker en ook 99 usd teveel betaald p.p. Zijn er nog mensen die hun geld terug hebben proberen te krijgen? Zonde dat ons "zakgeld" zo is verdwenen.

I assumed I was paying the standard UK government fee.Instead, they illegally charged my card 141.68 EUR plus a 4.96 EUR commission! The official UK government ETA strictly costs only £20 (about €23-€24). They are hiding massive service markups of over €120 and tricking people into paying it.When I immediately contacted them to protest the hidden charge, they took several days to reply just to stall for time while they processed the application. This site uses deceptive branding to exploit travelers. Save your money and apply only through the official gov.uk portal or the official UK ETA mobile app. I have reported them to cybersecurity authorities and am initiating a formal fraud chargeback with my bank. Avoid at all costs!

Leider kann ich mich nur den negativen Erfahrungen anschliessen. Mir war gar nicht bewusst, daß mein Antrag über einen privaten Anbieter läuft und Gebühren entstehen. Das haben sie in einer Art, die man nur als Betrug sehen kann, verheimlicht. Mir wurden über die Kreditkarte $ 163,54 abgebucht. Meine Bemühungen um einen Widerruf des Auftrags wurden natürlich abgelehnt. Keine Ahnung, ob ich die Einreisegenehmigung überhaupt bekomme. Ich ärgere mich sehr über meine Dummheit.

Very misleading website. I believed I was applying for a UK ETA for £20, but around €140 was charged instead. The additional service fees were not made clear enough before payment, and I still have not received the ETA. I would strongly recommend using only the official GOV.UK website for a UK ETA and avoiding this website. I feel completely misled by the way the price was presented!!!

Stel oplichters! Je gaat uit van €20 maar betaald €144 die je eerst niet ziet staan. Pas als de afrekening komt. Je lijkt goed af te gaan op de €20 maar dan hang je er al in. De officiële logo’s van die site verwarren je met de originele UK ETA site. Dat dit kan met een officieel benodigd reisdocument. Dit soort handel moet verboden worden.
