I am from the UK I reside in the USA it was time to renew my British passport. I planned on filling out the application online it stated it would take 6 weeks. A friend told us about Zana we spoke to him on the phone looking at my passport I was not aware that my old passport had the wrong city of birth. Zana wrote a letter on my behalf and asked me to send him my birth certificate to correct the problem. From Day 1 starting my application and the day I recieved my old passport and my new passport it took exactly 11 days having DHL deliver to the house. I would highly recommend this company if there was a 6 star rating they would get that from me. Outstanding, precise, service they get a A++++++++. Thank you for all your hard work and making us very very HAPPY! Will be contacting you again 10 years from now when my passport expires!

Zana and Michael were fabulous. They accommodated us in every possible way as we were on a very tight schedule and in a difficult position. They even went so far as to have the courier pull off to the side of the road and take a screenshot of the approved z-permit so that our employer would not change the start date of employment. Cannot say enough good things about them and did not charge expedited fees that other agencies charge as there is not way to expedite the Chinese consulate. Honest and extremely helpful
