I was a little apprehensive about filling out a visa application. Panda at VisaHero made me comfortable and answered all my questions prior to signing up. Working with Panda to get our passports quickly was an amazing experience. We were informed less than 2 weeks before our cruise, that this particular cruise, required a passport as opposed to a passport card and I was floored as to how I was going to get it! I contacted Panda and he was able to do it with in a week! I had never used a service like this before and I was so nervous, but he was reassuring and so professional.
