VisaHeroReviews of visahero.com

Always answered and returned my phone calls promptly. Visa returned stamped promptly.

The experience with Panda, especially, was tremendous. Seems like he expedited my application even though I had extra time. Extremely professional, obviously knowledgeable and followed through exactly as he said he would. Will happily use again and strongly recommend.

I needed a China Visa asap. Visa pro service was simple and perfect. Panda was very responsive to my questions and kept me updated along the way. She got me my visa in less than a week. Very happy with the service.

Applying for a China visa is an exacting process and I can assure you that you will need help. It shouldn't be that way but it is. The visa application is online and some of the questions are obtuse, to say the least. One of the things that makes Visa Hero stand out is that they were always available to answer questions, whether by text or by phone. No waiting, no excuses. Visa services are not inexpensive, but I shopped around and Visa Hero was more than competitive. I discovered that some visa service companies charge exorbitant hidden fees that are not disclosed upfront. Beware. That was not the case with Visa Hero. The price they quoted at the beginning is what I paid. I highly recommend them.

Service was fast, professional, and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Needed a quick turnaround on passport renewal an VisaHero got me one in a week even with a federal holiday. Panda was very helpful in explaining the process and pretty much put my mind at ease in that I would have my passport in time for my trip. Exceeded my expectations as I got it even earlier than expected.

My first time doing business with VisaHero. I'm very happy with their delivery of service. They are very professional and fast. They kept me updated for every step they made. For further visa service, I highly recommend VisaHero.

Responsive and helpful, answering my questions promptly and thoroughly. Also provided regular updates, which gave me peace of mind during the waiting period.
