Had situation where my passport was expiring in mid-November, but needed to travel in mid-September to late October on several last minute notice. Further, had been traveling mid-June to late July. So had basically two week availability to not have a passport. Visa Hero assured me they could fit the timeline. Between the time I sent the old passport in and arrival of the new passport was 8 calendar days. I will definitely have Visa Hero do my visa applications for 2026 travels.

Highly recommend VisaHero! They were quick to respond and offered assistance with clarifications on completing the online application for our Chinese visas.
