Panda always provides great service and communication.

Good people and very helpful.

I applied online on a Saturday morning and was impressed to receive an immediate response by email, followed by a phone call. The entire process was simple and efficient, and I received my Chinese visa in less than two weeks. Overall, a great customer experience. I would definitely recommend VisaHero to anyone needing assistance with a Chinese visa.

Very prompt, respectful, fast, efficient, dunno how many words I can use to describe "the best service I've had for doing a visa". Just use them, no regrets.

From the start, VisaHero was quick with responses to my questions. Their customer service was excellent. The process was very easy. We had Visas sooner than anticipated. Overall, they under promised and Over delivered! 10/10 and would definitely use again!

very nice and professional

The process to get my visa to China was so easy! Their communication was excellent. It’s always nerve-racking to send off your passport, but their communication made me reassured, and the process was so simple, safe, and secure - and fast!
