De site ziet er heel legitiem uit. Er staat alleen nergens dat er extra kosten worden gerekend en al helemaal niet hoe hoog deze zijn. Voor 2 visa van 24€ is €320 gereserveerd op mijn creditcard. Als ik dit probeer aan te geven als fraude kan Visa er niks mee omdat het product is geleverd. Heb al gebeld naar de States daar konden ze niks gemaild geen gehoor telefoonnummer wordt ook niet beantwoord.

Oplichtingspraktijken tijdens eta aanvraag stond er een bedrag van 20 GPB maar er werd tijdens de inschrijven werd er 166,16 dollar afgeschreven direct contact met Ics opgenomen om te cancelen maar om dat er gereserveerd staat kunnen ze nog niets doen

Attention!!!!!! The advertised cost for an ETA to the UK is £20, but in reality, before showing me the total bill for four people, I was charged €599.84 without authorization. The site doesn't support secure payments with push notifications, otherwise I would have seen and therefore not authorized the payment. After days of emails, not a single response, it's a waste of money! And who will find it in the United States or who knows where it is? Attenzione!!!!!! Viene pubblicizzato un costo di 20 sterline per un ETA per il regno unito, ma in realtà prima di mostrarmi il conto totale per 4 persone, mi è stato addebitato 599.84€ sul conto e senza autorizzazione. Il sito non supporta pagamenti in sicurezza con notifica push, altrimenti avrei visto e quindi non autorizzato il pagamento. Dopo giorni di mail, neanche una risposta, sono soldi persi! E chi li ritrova negli stati uniti o chissà dove sono??

VisaFi charged me USD 357.50 instead of the advertised GBP 20 I used VisaFi while applying for a UK ETA. During the application process, the website clearly showed a UK government fee of GBP 20. However, after providing my payment details, I was charged USD 357.50, which was debited from my Polish bank account as PLN 1,375.45. I didn't clearly agree to pay USD 357.50 for an additional VisaFi service. I also received a payment confirmation directly from UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), showing that the actual ETA payment was EUR 24.28. I have requested a full refund from VisaFi and reported the transaction to my bank for a chargeback. Due to the circumstances, I have also reported the matter to the Polish Police. I have screenshots showing the GBP 20 fee, the UKVI payment confirmation and the bank transaction showing USD 357.50 / PLN 1,375.45. I am posting this review to warn other travellers to make sure they are using the official UK Government website when applying for an ETA.

SCAM! Please beware of this scam regarding UK visa. Visafi/Visabuilder managed to charge 167€ of my credit card instead of the regular 20£ for ETA even though I applied on the official UK government website. Just a couple of days later someone tried to charge 1400$ from my credit card as well. Immediately block your credit card and file a complaint at your bank if this happens to you. Also forward all evidence to the UK Government via their National Cyber Security Centre.
