Excellent Service
Excellent Service – Seamless Visa Process! I’m heading to China for a cruise and was surprised to learn that even cruise passengers require a visa. As someone who travels internationally often, I was initially hesitant to mail my passport—but living far from any Chinese consulate left me few options. After researching, I decided to go with Visa Express, and I’m glad I did. I followed their instructions to the letter, which is absolutely critical for a smooth process. I confirmed the requirements with their team, paid the fee, and overnighted my passport. The very next day, Visa Express confirmed receipt, giving me peace of mind. I chose the 15–17 business day turnaround for a 10-year visa. Along the way, I had a rather unique question and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and helpfully their customer service responded—no long waits, just clear and immediate answers. Incredibly, just 11 calendar days later, my passport was back in hand—with the visa approved and securely attached. The entire experience was efficient, professional, and seamless. I would absolutely use Visa Express again for any future visa needs. Well done, Visa Express!
