Rather than explain the process, you should experience it instead. What a profound ancient technology leveraged for the modern mind. The onboarding process was easy/personalized. The app helps create a structure for a regular meditation practice. I've found the mantra-based meditation that I learned through the app and the training that preceded it extremely helpful.

I recently completed the four day transcendental meditation course through the Vīrya app. The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. After each session of Virya’s guided transcendental meditation, I felt super relaxed, rested, less anxious and more clearer minded! The EEG session allows the user to view and understand how deep they are transcending by the minute. I highly suggest this app to anyone who wants to start transcendental meditation.

The Virya app is revolutionary and amazing! I consider myself an experienced meditator. However, I find this app very easy to use; it utilizes key ancient meditation wisdom and nudges me when I am trying too hard or not relaxing. It helps me to let go, relax, observe, and be myself, completely lost in time, to go deeper. My experience of deep meditation used to be a hit or miss, now it can be done consistently almost every time. Thank you for offering Virya EEG and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go deeper with their meditation practice, have consistency, and shorten the learning curve.
