VirtustantReviews of virtustant.com

Virtustant is great. The recruitment process and communication is really strong which creates a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommmend it as a great place to work. The only reason I didn’t vote the perfect rating was because of Aspire Health solutions, the company virtustant placed me In.

Everyone is being helpful. Just wished the payment wasn't so difficult in Costa Rica

I've had a positive experience working with the company as a virtual architecture assistant. The support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I've encountered issues or needed assistance. This prompt support has significantly contributed to a seamless and enjoyable working experience. Additionally, I'm pleased with the company's services and have confidently recommended them to several friends, which speaks volumes about my satisfaction. However, I would appreciate more clarity regarding long-term career prospects. Establishing a clear career path would not only help in setting professional goals but also in fostering long-term commitment and job satisfaction. Overall, while I am happy with the current situation, having a defined career plan would enhance my experience further.

I have been very satisfied with my experience working remotely. I really enjoy the flexible working hours and above all, I love my team.

The HR service has been great! I am only concerned about the hourly salary. For Costa Rican standards it is a bit low.

This seems to be a great place to work so far. Thre are details about the experience with the clients specifically that are not being stated clear at the beginning. Besides that, they have been truth to their word.

I am super grateful for all the effort that the team put in to help solve an enquiry I had. This rating would Be 5 star if it weren't for some previous experiences that I have encountered. In all honesty if you had asked me 2 weeks ago what my rating would be, it would probably be much lower. However, I feel super supported and happy with Virtustant today, Specifically Tiago from HR He took some suggestions I had, He listened to what I needed and no doubt solved some issues I have been having. THANK YOUUUUUUUU!!!

I think everything is going smoothly and in the way it should go. My interactions with my manager are great and he seems a great leader and person. Team has been very cool. But I am only one entire week here, so maybe 5 stars is too much with too little time. Nevertheless, I feel confident enough to give a 4 star review
