Wonderful Talent! The Bookkeeper they sent me is a TREASURE! Absolutely love their process and thus far, the only recruiter I truly enjoyed working with. Most I've found will search for candidates and present to you with little to no effort. With Virtustant, I LOVED the fact that they not only did the standard leg work of an interview, background check and resume, but they also recorded it for me and had their candidates take competency tests to help me to determine would they be quick to learn our process or not. It was a HUGE time saver in seeing which folks would be best as far as their personality to work with me and my team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for viable talent!

They are all very kind, relaxed, proactive and patient when they have to explain something, sometimes for the second time. They have a work rhythm that allows you to calmly reach your objectives and a communication that is really very pleasant.

What we value most is how responsive they are. WE had a very smooth recruiting experience with them thanks to Angie.

I am very happy with all the support I have received from your team. First of all, my recruiter was exceptional in keeping me informed about job openings that suited my profile until she matched me with the incredible company I am working with now. The interview process was super comfortable, the onboarding process was clear, and any doubts I had were quickly resolved. HR and accounting were always available to meet with me through Google Meet to address my questions. Overall, my experience has been excellent so far. I am also pleasantly surprised by the speed of the hiring process—everything moved so fast. Thank you once again for your support and assistance.

The company has been super responsible with Payments and any communications necessary. They match me with a start-up in which my supervisor is very nice and easy to work with. it's been a good experience and I'm glad to be part of Virtustant staff.
