VirtualStagingAIReviews of virtualstagingai.app

Overall I like the app. It needs more flexibility in terms of art, furniture etc. Also not every type of room is available. eg. teenager bedroom vrs young child or baby nursery. Also, closets, game room, outdoor decks etc..

Overall a very positive experience! however there is room for improvement. Offering more selection (ie instead of just living room, perhaps living and dining, and the ability to delete. Also, some of the outcomes were not proportionate so I appreciated the unlimited takes. If there was an option to "add a watermark" with something like "this has been virtually stage" that would be helpful too. Where I got stuck was when I needed something more advanced (ie show the same room, from another angle, but with the same furniture.) I had to go with another vendor for that, but now that I know these limitations I would still use this again and highly recommend!

It is surprisingly easy to use and has a good amount of variety. Quick, easy and affordable. I recommend this for all the Real Estate Professionals! Especially for vacant properties.

The program is super easy to use. The only thing that I didn't like is that the same art shows up in bedrooms and living rooms, for example, so I had to avoid using some images I would have PREFERRED in order to not duplicate art images throughout the house.

It is a great tool to enhance your listings particularily the vacant houses. Only thing I wish it had more room choices, such as, foyer, laundry room, front porch, pool furniture, bar area

Overall an amazing service at a really great price. Unfortunately I can't get enough realtors interested in spending more money on the photographs so I have to buy the smallest plan and make absolutely no money whatsoever -but it's a great service for the few agents who love it. A few suggestions: single beds for small rooms and if a staged photo isn't downloaded (because the AI just couldn't put believable furniture on an outside balcony) it shouldn't be charged as a staging. The AI can also get quite creative changing flooring and adding wall lighting which doesn't work for realtors. Also as mentioned in previous comments, being able to use the same furniture in different angles of the same room would be a huge plus.

Overall an amazing product for an amazing price! I have used MANY other virtual staging companies and this AI version competes with all of the ones where a person does it. The only downside is that the AI doesn't have the ability to recognize the same room from a different angle, meaning if I stage the dining room and then have a wide shot of the living room that includes the dining room, the AI will place different furniture there. I'm sure at some point they will tweak the image generator but humans can recognize the shot better and place the same furniture in the same room. But, hey, for the price you really can't complain. The idea is to give someone an idea of what an empty space can look like.

Easy to use, but some variations need to be implemented. Kids bedrooms would be great, and islands & kitchen tables ONLY for kitchens. I don't know anyone who needs a couch in the middle od the kitchen. I can only assume it will get better. Love the app so far.
