Decade long customer... Then I lost my home in the california fires and VPM wouldnt allow me to pick up my mail despite not having a home to send it to. They were rude to my daughter and myself aftert driving 5 hours round trip to pick up our mail... Then they lost my mail and or withheld it... Used to be better but the customer service is God Awful... Takes forever for them to address issues... YOu cant pick up your mail in person.... They are rude and confrontational ... Not happy... Lastly you have to ask yourself why this isnt a BBB accredited business?

I paid for two months of TruLease in Delaware and received absolutely nothing: no lease agreement, no utility bill, no documents at all.. Support does not respond via email, website, or phone. They take my money and disappear. This is extremely unprofessional and looks like a scam. I strongly recommend staying away from VirtualPostMail and their TruLease service

I had a terrible experience with VirtualPostMail. I asked them to cancel my subscription, and they told me it would be canceled. However, they simply ignored this and still charged my card another $20 on the next billing cycle. To me, this looks like completely dishonest and scammy behavior. If a company promises to cancel a subscription but keeps charging anyway, how can you trust them with your money? I’m very disappointed and feel cheated, and I absolutely do not recommend using this service. Mailbox Number: 3742

Great idea, terrible execution. 1. You cannot send emails to multiple team members. 2. Support is non existent 3. The address is not permanent. They moved the California location, creating havoc everywhere, and there are no guarantees that the new one or their other locations will not move again

I signed up with VPM to NOT have to change my address when I moved and guess what - THEY MOVED! Unbelievable that a company like this is renting so the lease comes up and they have to move. I spent a whole week changing all my addresses back to MY HOME because who knows if they move again.

Service is not the same. New CS people are clueless on what they are doing and trying to avoid as much work as they can. Very unprofessional. I miss the old CS contact.

I would STAY COMPLETELY AWAY from this company, they have built in some dark patterns in their UI and process to wring the most money out of you. As one example, it takes literally 1-click to add a New Recipient right away to your account (and that they'll begin to charge you $5/month/recipient immediately) but it's a 3-step process to "request removal" (you can't remove yourself), after which the process will do nothing (but you think it did). The recipient will remain and they'll charge you $5/month for each recipient in the mailbox. There's other virtual mail/address providers out there, don't get burned by this company and then have to go through the hassle of switching like we did.

I have been using their service for a few years. They had to move location and sent 1(!!!) Email about the change that I unfortunately missed. I'm behind on my property tax with hundreds of dollars panelty. Such a big change MUST be properly communicated!!! This is unprofessional behaviour. Update: after all the above mess they kept of billing me..... Very poor operation and support.
