VirtualPBX is a great customer service experience
I have been using Virtual PBX for nearly a month and I have been very pleased with both my technical and customer service experience. I would highly recommend small businesses use VirtualPBX for all their telephony needs. I would also suggest larger organizations look into how VirtualPBX could serve as a ready back up to your primary service.

Excellent Customer Service!
Excellent Customer Service! I am always concerned when calling customer service for any technical issue I'm having, however, when calling VirtualPBX I am always pleasantly surprised! Issues are always addressed and quickly handled. Thank you for making this a great experience!

Great systems, great value, and awesome support!
I love my systems! I have both an old vConsole plan and one of their new and improved Dash plans - both are rock solid and the support is always amazing. I am also happy they expanded their support hours to 7am-7pm and 7days a week so I can call in for little questions when I have time.

Above and Beyond
Upon hearing that I valued a certain feature that only existed on the vconsole platform, VPBX took it upon themselves to switch me over and oversaw all the configurations. I didn't have to do any and I didn't lose any downtime or calls. Thank you VPBX

We've been with the firm for four …
We've been with the firm for four years. The technology works as it should. The interface, which was poor, has become much easier, and the instructions much better. We've reached out to customer service a half dozen times over the years, most recently just a week ago. They've been fast, courteous, and correct. Not only "would we recommend the firm," we do.

Great modern product
Great product and right use of modern latest tech to manage a phone system. We operate small paddle sports rental business and found this the perfect phone solution to handle our reservation phone lines.

Awesome Phone Service
This company provides the exact phone service we needed for our business. We run a boat RV storage site with no office. All business done on internet or phone. Virtual PBX is perfect for this application. Costs are low and features are high. I love this service.
