Worst Customer and technical Support
Worst experience faced in trial period your team can't even solve a problem and no reply or calls even after contacting 3 times just worst customer service and worst ever team who cant handle problems faced by customer poor service.

Don't Waste Your Time
Don't Waste Your Time This company never follows up on anything. I have to wait a 48 hours in order to fix a problem. My billing has been wrong. The phones were shipped late, and we didn't have phones for 2 days. Customer Service is awful. The Fax Box doesn't work period.

Never used it
I never used VirtualPBX because it was not intuitive and it was cumbersome to get the help I needed to understand it.
