This was my first experience outsourcing. I'm pleasantly surprised how easy and convenient this business solution turned out to be. In an increasingly connected world, especially when it comes to global standard occupations like information technology, VE offers a competitive edge that is very compeling. I admit I had reservations, in terms of accountability and quality control. Command and control was made easy with VE's daily task reports and MS-Teams meetings. I found them to be a caring, capable, knowledgeable group of professionals. Our task was successfully completed on time and on budget. Our upgrades gave us back our competitive edge for at least another year.

I was very pleased with my VA, Swati Singh. She did an excellent job assisting me with all the tasks I didn’t have the capacity to handle myself. Swati is skilled, efficient, and consistently brought good ideas to the table. Working with her felt like a true collaboration where we complemented each other’s strengths and built something valuable together. I contacted a number of VA companies in different countries, shopping around and getting quotes. Virtual employee.com were the first to get back to me and Saaurabh Sethi had already advised on the process, fees and answered all of my questions and sent me profiles before any of the other companies had even gotten started answering my queries. Amazing! The entire inquiry, signup and onboarding process has been easy and the team have been so awesome to work with. Dev Saha, my VA's team leader, has been awesome, helping with technical issues on the first day and checking in with me regularly on my VA's performance and my happiness with their service. (I am very happy!) My VA, Sombit Roy Chowdhury, has been incredible. I had originally wanted to hire a VA for 1 specific set of ongoing tasks, but quickly learned that Sombit can do so much more and in his second week he is helping me with complex projects that I have not had time to get to for months and after 2 weeks, I now have a long list of projects that I can handover to him over the next while to handle. It has been 2 weeks now and it has been such a great experience. I wish I had found these guys and signed up with them years ago.
