Virtual Employee

About Virtual Employee

Virtual Employee came into being to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across North America and Europe set up offshore offices in India and provide them cost-effective solutions. They can set up their own offshore office in India with just one employee and ZERO investment cost, and scale their team up/down as needed. WHAT MAKES US STAND OUT: We are an online employee supermarket – an SME can hire anyone in any domain or industry. With us, a client is not really outsourcing, but retains full control over both their work and their employee, who works exactly like an in-house resource. We look into the employee’s overhead costs on behalf of the client, such as dealing with HR, Accounts, IT Support, management, etc. Our flexible model allows you to experiment. WORKFORCE AND DOMAINS: In just 12 years, the company has grown from 5 employees to 1500+, having partnered with over 3021 clients across 30 countries in more than 150 domains. Domains include software development and programming, content writing, internet marketing, mobile apps development, graphics designing, web designing, multimedia and animation, etc.

Exceptional Team and Global Talent
The entire team I have worked with at VE has been fantastic. The account managers at VE are very responsive and help to connect you with amazing international talent. I have worked with them for 3 years now, and the team they helped put together are extremely intelligent and hardworking individuals who have been pleasure to work with.

Reliable, Professional, and a True Team Member
We have been working with Hritika, our VA, for the past few months and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Hritika truly feels like a valued member of our team. She is highly skilled, dependable, and consistently delivers excellent work across every task we assign to her. Her attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and proactive approach make a real difference to our day-to-day operations. Communication with Hritika is always clear and transparent, and she is incredibly responsive and professional. We really appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything is done to a high standard. Virtual Employee as a company is also very organised and supportive. They conduct regular check-ins and ensure we are always receiving the level of service promised.

Fantastic company to work with
Fantastic company to work with. We've been working with Virtual Employee for the past 13 or so months, and have gotten nothing but exceptional service. Our employee Adtiya Sahu is nothing but remarkable, showing true dedication to our company & project from start to finish. My only regret is not starting earlier with Virtual Employee. Overall 5 out of 5 Stars for VE!
