Overall pleased with my decision; their client account managers are always quick to follow up with any requests I make and their team leaders understand well now my style of working which makes life easier when I come back to them with a new project.

When we work with VE to find the perfect resource it can be an amazing five star experience when we find the right person to join our team. But it requires effort and can involve weeks of interviews, job offers, false starts and more because the process is just like hiring someone. And you don't always get the perfect hire on the first try. Since you are tasked with interviewing and making the ultimate hiring decision you need to be aware that you could pick the wrong person. And it takes time and effort to find a replacement when you need to do this. And while their staff works hard to handle the HR issues behind the scene, it is still a process that you must go through. But here we are almost five years later, still happily using their services.

We hired one web & UX designer from VE around a year ago, she is very hard working and responsible. She designs not only aesthetically beautiful websites, but also has great knowledge of conversion principles. Priyanka has a good understanding of SEO concepts too and often comes up with suggestions that complement the thoughts of our in house team. We were able to on-board Priyanka in a matter of days, which was also a bonus. Our association with VE is now ending, as Priyanka is unfortunately moving on and we were able to find a replacement locally. Nevertheless, I found our experience with VE professional throughout and will certainly keep them in mind for future roles and projects.
