I really like playing Virtonomics. The game is full of complex mechanisms that make the game unpredictable and interesting. I've been playing for over 13 years, the game often hosts sales, competitions and auctions, so players can compete with each other for permanent bonuses. This game gives you a great insight on how to run a business

I've seen a lot of economy simulation games and this one might be the most in depth. It reminds me of another of my favorites, EVE Online. This one has some real world education to it and does a good job of forcing the player to make real decisions rather than other games that only give you a few options. I wouldn't worry about the Pay-to-Win since this game is really more about education.
