The hotel itself was nice and we enjoyed the property, but the service felt a little inconsistent. When we went to the pool, the staff didn’t really explain clearly that part of the area was closed and mostly just gestured to the sign. At the beach club restaurant, we were told outdoor service wasn’t available because of the weather, even though it wasn’t raining and the pool was still open. Then the bar and host gave us different instructions about where to sit and order. Overall it was still a nice stay, but the communication and service could definitely be improved.

the hotel in general was good but the employees need better training or empowerment. They had problems with their elevator, 3 different groups attempted to try using but elevator would not work. We addressed problem with an employee but he said we needed to discuss with front desk. 10 minutes later after from desk delt with another problem, they sent the same employee over to fix the elevator
