Still waiting for my order to arrive but it's only been shipped out two days though their shipping is fast. Cont. Today is the 5th of Feb. Yes I did get the suppliments on the 29th of Jan. 2020 still taking them according to instructions, I have'nt noticed any difference as of yet. Probably still too early to have affect yet.
