Hello Dale, Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Your FREE bonus gift which is included with each purchase of Virectin includes the Supermax O.™ This product is reinventing the way men and women have sex and build intimate relationships while keeping things fun, sexy and exciting! This vibrating penis ring is to be positioned at the base of the penis as it will give gentle erotic vibration to the male and direct dynamic stimulation to the female clitoris during intercourse. The soft silicone ring stretches to comfortably accommodate a variety of sizes. Duration of intense vibrations: 25-30 minutes, but total lifetime will vary up to 45-60 minutes. Low skill requirement: applying the vibrating cock ring is no more difficult than pulling on a pair of socks. Simply stretch the ring with your fingers like you would a rubber band (with a finger or two from each hand on the inside of the ring) and pull it over and around the penis. Then, carefully relax the tension, letting the ring slowly contract until it is back to its original size. Now, hit the EZ push button on the side tor turn the power on via remove your fingers, and you're done. If the above instructions do not help, please call us at 888-211-8468 and one of our CSRs will assist you. Regards, IHealth Fulfillment
