I placed my order over a week ago. My card has been charged on 8/6 but I still have no product. I can understand a day or two delay but this is ridiculous. I sent an email earlier last week and the same excuse. Yall are out but I'll get an email when it's shipped. Still waiting. Very disappointed in the service. Especially when u already charged my card.
